DO’S
You want to use my Design services fantastic, make sure that you provide as much details about the design that you can and budget. If I need more info no worries I’ll totally help you with that. See Don’ts #1
To reiterate your design fee is based on the details you provided. For last minute changes See Don’ts #2.
Design fees are paid in full, before I start the design process. See Don’ts #3.
Logos, If you have a logo that you want included in your gear design, please provide a high resolution version with a transparent background. See Don’ts #4.
Revisions, usually if you have provided me with all of the details that we agree upon there is no revisions. One and done baebeeeeee!!! But if there are small changes that does not change the complete design than you have up to 2, maybe 3 revision with no additional charges. See Don’ts #5.
Please provide a proper deadline (Month/Date/Year) that you require to receive your gear by.
Normal time frame to design is 2 weeks, but it can take longer if a client before you prolongs the process.
If you need the design in less than 2 weeks then a rush fee will be required. Rush fee is based on the complexity of the design and how fast you want the design. Need it in a week will be one price, and if you need the design in less than a week that is another price. See Don’ts #6.

If you have only paid for a design fee. I have no problem giving you a makers info that is within your budget, but going forward the process of the gear being made is between you and that maker.
If you need assistance with your maker for example measurements and or a design detail sheet that will be an extra fee.
If you need me to take the stress away and communicate with the maker until the gear is in your hands that is an extra fee.
DON’T’S
My design fee is based on the complexity of the design, so when you send me an email that says “How much do you charge for a design” Guess what? I can’t tell you because you either didn’t provide enough details or any. If you can’t give me any real details then I can NOT give you a design. Also DO NOT under any means say you want a design like this only provide a low quality video. That is time consuming and I will charge you for that time that I can’t get back.
After the design fee is paid and you come later asking me to design extra details, please expect to pay for those extra details. Certain details I won’t charge you for. For example, if you originally only wanted trunks and kick pads and then you ask for a coat expect to pay extra for that.
I will not take any partial design fee payments. You can blame people who took advantage of my generosity for that.
If I have to redraw your logo I will have to charge you for that.
So you want to make a change ok cool, but if that change goes from an orange turning into a car then an additional design fee must be paid. Because you are basically wanting a new design and new design requires a new design fee. Please respect my time loves, respect my time.

Streamline is the way to go, and since this goes to my gmail it’s easier for me to keep the details in one place. Now technology is not perfect, so I totally understand if you have to send me a quick message on socials. But if you think messaging me on socials will give you a faster result I guarantee it won’t. So keep it gmail.
